Inchcape identified the need for a new website and CRM system to replace their outdated platform. The existing site no longer aligned with their evolving requirements, prompting the need for a more user-friendly interface.
Focusing on user experience, the new website was designed to be cleaner and more intuitive. A modular approach was adopted, enabling the client to customize each page by selecting modules that best suited their needs. Key customer-facing pages were created to ensure optimal user experience.
Inchcape’s new site saw a 79% improvement on their goal conversion rate and the site was shortlisted in the automotive website, app or campaign category in the 2018 Drum Awards for Digital Industries.
