I developed a set of character illustrations based on the historic Queen’s Beasts, reimagining the animals in a softer, more playful style suited to gifts for babies. The illustrations were created for use across packaging and product materials within the baby gift collection.
The artwork began as hand-drawn sketches before being refined digitally and vectorised in Adobe Fresco on the iPad, ensuring the illustrations could be used flexibly across the product range.
The following year, I was commissioned by The Royal Mint to work on a related project, illustrating the remaining Queen’s Beasts and creating artwork for a children’s activity book sold in the gift shop.
